Module 07 · Antenatal, immunisation, growth

Antenatal care and immunisation records that follow the mother and the child.

The MCH module keeps an antenatal profile for each pregnancy, with visits recorded against it, and a child record with immunisations scheduled on the Kenya Expanded Programme on Immunisation calendar, growth measurements and a due list the clinic can call from.

Workflow

How the work moves.

Who uses it: mch nurses, midwives, community health coordinators.

  1. 1

    Open a profile

At the first antenatal visit, a profile is created on the mother's record.

  2. 2

    Record visits

Each visit's findings go on the profile; the care timeline shows the pregnancy's progress.

  3. 3

    Follow the child

The child's immunisations and growth are recorded on the KEPI schedule, and due doses appear on the list.

Can we send immunisation reminders?
